Here are some things that shouldn't be in source control:

  1. Anything that starts its filename with a dot(.ftpquota for instance)
  2. Anything outside of public_html.
    • Except maybe the design backups?
  3. adserver/cache
  4. alvies
  5. amacon/output
  6. chat/sally/sallytwitter.txt
  7. chat/stats/*.html and *.png
  8. fanart/submissions
  9. info/thieflogs
  10. news/cache
  11. news/rss
  12. podcast/media
  13. podcast/concast.rss
  14. staff (maybe include staff/tiddles?)
  15. stats
  16. tiddles ?
  17. tiddlesnet
  18. ut/2004/stats
