Adding Skins to Site

Here are notes about how to add a skin to the site proper, in CoN 5.5, put together while trying to add Skyglade to Graveyard.

1. Add a folder/layout content for the skin in public_html/layout. 2. Add the skin name to admin/vars.php around line 139. If this is the new default skin, do the same thing for $SKIN_DEFAULT.
