Final Fantasy IV ROM Editor

This is a ROM editor that does a lot of stuff. We've used it in the past to get enemy data. However, it can also be used as a map viewer, which is something we might want to use in the future to generate location maps for all the locations in the game. Would be nice, though, if we could do the same for the GBA version, which we can't with this editor. Could use some more research on that score.
